Product Overview
The GDW series single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump adopts advanced hydraulic models and is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with international standard ISO 2858.
The pump features hard alloy mechanical seals, offering high efficiency, energy savings, reliable performance, and easy installation and operation. It complies with Chinese national standard JB/T53028-93 and has passed product certification from the Ministry of Machinery Industry.

1. GDW Horizontal Clean Water Pump: For conveying clean water and other liquids with physical/chemical properties similar to water. Suitable for industrial and municipal water supply/drainage, boosting water supply in high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, fire protection pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC cooling/heating circulation, bathroom water boosting, and equipment matching. Operating temperature: T ≤ 80°C.
2. GDWR Horizontal Hot Water Pump: Widely used for boiler hot water pressure boosting and transportation in metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking industries, hotels, restaurants, and urban heating systems. Operating temperature: T ≤ 120°C.
3. GDWF Horizontal Chemical Pump: For conveying non-solid, corrosive liquids with viscosity similar to water. Suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber industries. Operating temperature: -20°C to +120°C.
4. GDWB Horizontal Pipeline Oil Pump: For conveying petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and other flammable or explosive liquids. Medium temperature range: -20°C to +120°C.
1. Suction Pressure: ≤ 1.0 MPa, or maximum system working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa (i.e., pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa). Hydrostatic test pressure: 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the system pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, please indicate separately so that cast steel materials can be used for the pumps flow passages and connections during manufacturing.
2. Ambient Temperature: < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.
3. Medium Requirements: Insoluble solid content ≤ 0.1% by volume, particle size < 0.2 mm.
Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify when ordering so that wear-resistant mechanical seals can be provided by the manufacturer.
