Product Overview
The GD series single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pump is designed for conveying clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, free of solid particles. Based on different application temperatures and media, variants are available for hot water, high-temperature applications, chemical processing, and oil transportation. This product features high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, and stable performance. It complies with the latest Chinese National Machinery Industry Standard JB/T53058-1993 and is designed and manufactured according to ISO 2858 standards.
1. Compact structure, small size, and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The design minimizes installation footprint. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft, ensuring pump concentricity, which enhances operational stability and extends service life.
3. The shaft seal utilizes a mechanical seal or combination of mechanical seals, employing high-quality hard alloy sealing rings to increase wear resistance and effectively prolong the pumps lifespan.
4. Easy installation and maintenance without the need to disassemble the pipeline system. The pump inlet and outlet are of the same diameter, simplifying pipeline connections.
5. Can be operated in series or parallel configurations to meet varying flow and head requirements.
6. The suction and discharge ports can be oriented in the same direction or at angles of 90°, 180°, or 270° to suit different connection scenarios.
7. Pump head can be adjusted by increasing/decreasing pump stages or trimming the impeller diameter without changing the installation footprint, a feature not commonly found in other pump types.
1. GD Type Vertical Centrifugal Pump: For conveying clean water and other liquids with physical properties similar to water. Suitable for industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, boosting water supply in high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, fire protection pressure boosting, long-distance water delivery, heating systems, hot/cold water circulation boosting in bathrooms, and equipment matching. Operating temperature: T < 80°C.
2. GD (GDR) Type Vertical Hot Water (High-Temperature) Circulation Pump: Suitable for boiler hot water circulation boosting and transportation in energy, metallurgy, wood processing, chemical, textile, papermaking industries, as well as hotels, bathhouses, and for circulation in urban heating systems. Maximum medium temperature for GDR type: 240°C.
3. GDF Type Vertical Pipeline Chemical Pump: For conveying non-solid particle, corrosive liquids with viscosity similar to water. Applicable in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber industries. Operating temperature range: -20°C to +120°C.
4. GDF Type Stainless Steel Explosion-Proof Chemical Centrifugal Pump: For conveying flammable and explosive chemical liquids.
5. GDY Type Vertical Pipeline Oil Pump: For conveying petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, and diesel. Medium temperature range: -20°C to +120°C.
6. GDD, GDRD, GDFD, GDYD Type Vertical Low-Speed Centrifugal Pumps: Suitable for environments with very low noise level requirements, such as air conditioning circulation systems.
1. Maximum system working pressure: 1.6 MPa (i.e., pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa). Pump static pressure: 2.5 MPa. Pump suction pressure should not exceed 0.3 MPa. If the application exceeds 0.3 MPa, the impeller balance holes must be sealed to balance axial thrust. Please note during use.
2. Suitable Media: Insoluble solid content should not exceed 0.1% by volume, with particle size ≤ 0.2 mm. For media containing fine particles, wear-resistant mechanical seals must be used.
3. Ambient temperature should not exceed 40°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 95%.
